Domestic Shipping

Most orders to be shipped by ground leave our warehouse in 1 business day. We make every effort to ship orders with expedited shipping such as UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx 2Day on the same day as long as they are received by 11 AM CST (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships we will update your order confirmation page with tracking information and you will receive an automated email notification. To ensure that you receive our email please add Sales@TheSeeGroup.com to your address book or it may be filtered out as spam. To check your order status and tracking information you may refer back to the order confirmation page for updates anytime.

We ship to US military APO & FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that some items (such as laser sights, aerosols, presumptive drug test kits and liquids) are not available for APO/FPO shipping due to restrictions.

Unless you specify Signature Required in the comments section at checkout, the delivery driver may leave your package unattended in an unsecured location. This is convenient because no one has to be present to sign for the package. However, if you are concerned about the security of your package please specify Signature Required. There is a $3 fee that will be added to your order for this service.

For security reasons we require the shipment of some orders to be made to the credit card holder's verified address that is on file with their bank.

International Shipping

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers. At checkout, select the "OUTSIDE THE U.S.?" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase then place your order with us. We will ship your goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.

NOTE: All payment, shipping, or return requests should be submitted to Bongo at Support@BongoUS.com. Not all items are available for international shipment due to legal or other requirements.

Domestic orders that are placed using a credit card issued outside of the U.S. must also use the above procedure.

*Free shipping offer applies to orders shipped to lower 48 states only. Some items (mostly large or heavy items or items that ship directly from manufacturer) are excluded from free shipping and/or do not count toward the $300 free shipping offer. For orders that are shipping free we may use any shipping method offered by our carriers.
